The Bellydancer’s Workout
Announcing The Bellydancer’s Workout
with Amy Horn on Capitol Hill,
Sundays, 7 - 8 pmĀ August 6th - 27th (four weeks)
These hour-long dance workouts are appropriate for all levels (even
brand-newbies!) and will consist of stretching and strengthening moves
for core and limbs, and dance drills designed to whip you into shape
and add strength and precision to your dancing. Cost: $40 for all 4
paid on August 6 (or $12 to drop in).
Class will be held on Capitol Hill at the Home Alive Studio on 10th
Ave (1415 10th Ave, 2nd floor)-just north of E Pike St, next to
Nuemo’s.
Wear workout clothing and bring water.
