Kids’ University (after school enrichment program)
Homeless Youth (meals, fitness, tutoring, vocational training, counseling)
Teen Extreme (adventure, leadership, self-confidence)
Camp Sandpoint (summer camp)

Viniyoga & Tribal Bellydance Basics
Warm up and cool down includes viniyoga by certified instructor Zu Lieka.
Viniyoga is a term that describes the integration of elements of yoga to develop a practice specific to the individuals needs. The elements that make Viniyoga different from other styles of yoga are the emphasis of linking breath and movement, and the use of adaptations in asana (postures).
Tribal Bellydance Basics taught by Katrina.
Come learn this fun style of bellydance in a different form. Typically, Tribal Style Bellydance is dominated by the right side of the body. In this class, we will be focusing on using bilateral movements in order to keep the body in balance while embracing the grace and beauty of the dance. This class is based on the FCBD format.
Please wear comfortable pants and top that you can move freely in. You will also need to bring water, yoga mat, hip scarf and zills. (Zills need to be purchased before 2nd class. Available at Centerstage Dance & Lark in the Morning.)

Bellydancers Unlimited, Inc. was offered a place in Spokane’s Lilac Parade May 19, 2007. This is an exciting opportunity, since it is one of Spokane’s biggest events. Our involvement and each dancer’s entry fee will depend on how many dancers are interested in participating. (We hope to keep the price between $6-12 per person.)
